制造业从业人数下降与人力成本上升的矛盾要依靠机器换人解决,中国制造业的升级依靠装备技术进步与大规模的机器人应用,针对行业的机器人应用解决方案是解决上述问题的关键环节。 机器人行业的发展依赖于核心技术的研发与机器人的规模应用。在离散制造业中,小批量、多品种的订单模式已经是主流模式,快速换线是这种订单模式对制造系统的要求,而柔性制造单元(FMC)是快速换线的最佳解决方案,也是形成机器人规模应用的有效途径。 机器人与数控专机组合形成了FMC,针对行业典型工序的FMC集成技术是柔性制造的核心技术,它包括机器人技术,工具、工艺、CAM软件、智能感知技术。 The contradiction between the decline in manufacturing employment and the increase of labor cost may be solved by machine replacement works, Upgrading of China's manufacturing industry depends on the progress of equipment technology and the application of large scale robots.
