超快激光超精细特种加工

演讲摘要:

超快激光微纳加工是一种特种超精细加工技术,由于具有极大瞬态功率的超短脉冲光与物质强烈的非线性线性相互作用,使加工技术适用于各种材料,对于透明介质,可以制备三维结构。其“特”就表现在可以加工特种材料、可以实现特殊结构和特定的光、电、机械等性能。本报告介绍报告人的最新实验进展,以及这一技术走向工业化应用的一些思考。 Laser nanofabrication, particularly that based on femtosecond laser direct writing, has been considered as a powerful tool for machining hard-processing materials from soft to hard, for three-dimensional functional devices. Its power has been manifested by the successful fabrication and demonstration of microdevices in micro-optics, microelectronics, micromechanics, microfluidics, sensing and biomimetics. This talk will introduce the latest progresses along these lines in my lab, particular emphasis will be placed on transparent materials processing for micro-optical devices.

孙洪波,清华大学精密仪器系教授,长江学者特聘教授、国家杰出青年基金获得者,中组部万人计划学者、全国百篇优秀博士论文指导教师, IEEE, OSA, SPIE Fellow。研究方向为微纳光学工程,具体从事基于超快光谱技术的光电、电光转换机理和基于光与物质非线性相互作用的微纳加工技术及其应用研究。围绕这一研究内容,发表SCI论文400余篇,被SCI论文引用近15000余次,H因子60;研究结果被NatureScienceLaser Focus World 等杂志专题介绍100余篇次,150余次国际会议邀请报告。目前任Optics LettersLight Science &ApplicationsNanoscale等等十余个国内外杂志编委或顾问编委,目前任中国光学学会微纳光学专业委员会主任、 国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员、自然科学基金重大项目负责人。

Hong-Bo Sun, received the B.S. and the Ph.D degrees in electronics from Jilin University, Changchun, China, in 1992 and 1996, respectively. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Satellite Venture Business Laboratory, the University of Tokushima, Japan, from 1996 to 2000, and then as an assistant professor in Department of Applied Physics, Osaka University, Japan. In 2004, he was promoted as a full professor (Changjiang Scholar) in Jilin University, and since 2017 he has been working in Tsinghua University, China. His research interests have been focused on ultrafast optoelectronics, particularly on laser nanofabrication and ultrafast spectroscopy: Fabrication of various micro-optical, microelectronical, micromechanical, micro-optoelectronic, microfluidic components and their integrated systems at nanoscale, and exploring ultrafast dynamics of photons, electrons, phonons, and surface plasmons in solar cells, organic light-emitting devices and low-dimensional quantum systems at femtosecond timescale. So far, he has published over 400 scientific papers in the above fields, which have been cited for nearly 15000 times, and H factor is 60, according to ISI search report. He is currently the topical editor of Optics Letters (OSA), Light: Science and Applications (Nature Publishing Group), Chinese Science Bulletin (Springer), and editorial advisory board member of Nanoscale (RSC) and Display and Imaging (Old City Publishing). He is IEEE, OSA, SPIE and COS fellow.
