飞秒激光同步泵浦的光学参量振荡器（OPO）是获得波长可调谐飞秒激光的重要手段，近年来我们在研制成功的二极管激光直接泵浦的10W级全固态亚100飞秒Yb激光基础上，先后采用飞秒1030nm及倍频515nm波长激光作为泵浦源，KTA、LBO、BiBO等非线性晶体作为参量增益介质，实现了系列飞秒OPO运行，得到了从可见到中红外多个波段的飞秒激光脉冲输出。波长从688 nm可分段调谐到3.84μm 范围内，得到了最大功率2.32W、最短脉宽86 fs的结果。已在生物成像、加工等方面取得应用。 Femtosecond lasers at mid-infrared (MID) wavelength femtosecond laser have wide applications in many fields. In this talk, I will introduce the research results in our group on generation of high power solid-state femtosecond lasers and tunable femtosecond laser covered from visible to mid-infrared range with optical parametrical oscillators (OPO). Average power up to 10W was obtained with diode directly pumped Yb-doped lasers with sub-100fs laser pulse. For OPO researches, the femtosecond Ti:Sapphire and Yb:YAG lasers were used as the pump sources respectively, efficient tunable laser wavelength with BBO, LBO and BiBO were obtained with average power up to 2.32W. The wavelength can be tuned to 3.84μm. Some applications on biology microscopy, manufacture have been demonstrated.
